Do bodyweight exercises require warmups?I'm on a 6 day split and one of my pull days starts with chinups. I go straight into my work sets on that day. Is this bad? On one hand I feel it's "just bodyweight" so it's okay. On the other hand, I don't feel good about going straight into a bodyweight bench press or row work set.
