I have been lurking on this sub since January, and I've also lost 30 lbs since then. Yay! But I still have about 70-80lbs to go, at least. Your posts have been so inspirational and motivational--I've been loving it! I've also found some other great subs through this sub. I've been having a blast.
I have a question about my activity level. Daily, I have been doing 20-30 minutes of Ashanta yoga, about 30 minutes of vigorous bicycling, and another 20-30 minutes of walking at 3.0-3.5 mph. Does this sound like enough? I've also been eating about 1,000-1,300 calories a day. Is THIS enough?
Also, should I take days off from exercising? If so, what type of schedule would you set for me if I wish to continue all three of these activities?

Edit: I am a 23 year old female, 5'3.5," and 220 lbs.
