Hello all! 1st time posting here.
5 years ago, i got engaged. 240 lbs. Managed to drop to 202 for my wedding. Got back to 240 lbs in 3 years. Slowly making my way down since, with some up and down along the way. Then, 16-17 months ago, I started running (235lbs), with a learn-to-run program.
In september 2015, did my 1st 10k run, at 216lbs. After that, I stopped watching my food intake for a bit, went back up to 225. A few weeks ago, on valentine's day, I did my 1st Half-Marathon in -40 weather. Incredible. Now I'm aiming better time, and who knows, maybe do a marathon in a year or two. But to achieve this, I really need to lower my weight to improve, so I'm going to get back to myfitnesspal and be strict.
