Tips for Continuing Weight Loss?

F32. SW: 244lbs, CW: 230lbs, GW: 220lbs (I adjust my goals when I hit them. My ultimate GW is 175lbs).

I'm a Stay at Home Mom. 3 kids, ages 4 and under. I workout twice a day on an elliptical. 12 min in the AM and 12 min in the PM every day. I started at 1min/once a day. My journey began Jan/2016.

I have been at 230lbs since mid Feb. My weight has not dropped any further. I'm feeling frustrated!! Any tips on how to continue the loss pattern?

PS: My diet is healthy-ish. I have a bad Pepsi habit. And enjoy fast food (I'm trying to limit it though!)
