I really want to lose weight and overall have better and healthier habits. I am not horribly overweight for someone my age, but I really would like to have more energy and confidence in myself. I have no idea what to include and exclude in my diet, or how to count macros and how much are needed. If anyone has any tips or anything to help, it would be greatly appreciated.
