Hey lovely r/loseit Redditors...so I was on spring break this past week and my aunt came to visit. We had a marvelous visit, but we ate out for the past three days...I still tracked calories, and while I was way over my 1200 goal I was slightly above my 2200 maintenance. The extremely anxiety inducing thing, though, is that because I ate out at a restaurant for the first time in SO LONG, I felt that little voice in the back of my head whisper in my ear "you don't need to log calories anymore! Just manage it!" Obviously I know not to listen to this voice and that the correction for falling off the wagon is to hop right back on, but I just would like some support from this community and hear other peoples' stories regarding breaking their plans and getting back to them. I also have gained 3.5 pounds, but I know that this is likely water weight and restaurant food causing the bloat...but still...UGH! Thanks guys! Love this sub!
