it's kinda brilliant. no snacks no sweets no seconds unless it's a day that starts with s. I started doing this diet about 6 years ago and went from 155-125 over the course of about a year and a half without working out or feeling like I was dieting.
I don't follow it strictly now because the habits are so ingrained that I generally eat in moderation now automatically. every meal I eat counts, I get full way faster, I don't think about food all the time anymore. I feel free.
anyway I wanted to post it here just incase it helps anyone else out who gets super neurotic counting calories and logging what they eat every day.
