I have never really worked out before and feel like I made a little bit of progress

In the before picture taken two months previously, I had never really done anything but cardio and very minimal weight training. Then, for the next two months, I started doing some weight training but a lot of ab training and yoga. I took it pretty seriously. I was just wondering if you thought I got any results, because I find it difficult to see based on my own vision.
