I haven't been overweight for a little over a year now. I eat healthy mostly and reasonable portions and 100% cut out fast food.
I went on a trip this weekend and we had to eat fast food. We went to Burger King and the menu had the calorie info on it....what I would have gotten before would have been lage fries and a whopper and a large Dr. Pepper plus refill and well over 1600 calories!!!! That's what I eat in a day! I never realised how much I really are before. I'd eat a meal like that for lunch and a big meal for dinner too.
Instead, I got a kids meal.
