It's only been 22 days...

...and I need you guys to knock some sense into me. I've lost around 26 pounds in 3 weeks with exercise and good eating. I'm completely off carbs except the healthy ones and it's going great. My brain does not want the junk food it wanted before. My problem now is that even though I'm putting in the work...my brain is trying to tell me that we look the same and nothing is happening. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I feel like I hit a plateau and I know I'm just starting. And tips on how to stop thinking this way? Thanks.
