Reverse dieting stats,pictures, blogHey guys! I am competing in my first bikini show in July and just started a blog to track my journey. I have been reverse dieting for about 5 weeks and will be starting my Prep officially in a few weeks. On the blog I show my macros for each week, weight, waist measurements and how much cardio I am doing. I will continue to do this into my prep too! I will also be posting about random fitness/nutrition information, IIFYM, etc. if you feel like learning more, or seeing exactly how I have been and will be doing my prep check it out!
