I have finally decided to get my health back on track again, but I'm afraid it's useless. 5 years ago I weighed 305lbs, and decided to do weight watchers by using the calculator and doing my weigh ins myself to save money. After 9 months I was down to 215 and felt amazing. Unfortunately due to poor habits and coping stategies for stress and depression I am once again 305. It has been a gradual climb for the past 3 years. I definitely want to get down in the low two hundreds, but I feel like after I put all that work in again I'll just screw it up and gain it all back. Any tips you guys can give me to improve my confidence in keeping it off if I lose it again would be much appreciated.
