Hello!
I post in here rather frequently, and lurk quite a bit, but throwaway for this question (personal). I have been calorie counting, myfitnesspal-ing, fitbit-ing, and weighing religiously during the weekdays for the past 6 months. I have managed to shed 20 pounds, mostly due to the fact that I binge crazy hard on the weekends. The numbers and tracking data has also reawaken some unhealthy behaviors with (undiagnosed) anorexia that I had a decade or so ago.
That being said, I am trying to avoid that dark place by learning about “mindful” or “intuitive” eating. Do you any of you do this? How is it going? What do you eat? Is anything forbidden?
