Vegetarian Bulking Up

Vegetarian Bulking UpI just started bulking up and wanted to know if my diet could be improved? I'm vegetarian, eat dairy, but eggs are hard for me to put down. I consume 3000 calories for maintenance, but bumped it up to 4000+ for the bulk and have been on this diet the last 2 weeks, quite religiously. i h have another 10 weeks to go.
