Ways to build endurance other than jogging?I am overweight looking to build my endurance, because of my overweightness and asthma to boot, jogging is a double negative. I can jog, but with breaks and pains along the way. I actually bike miles no problem, not sure if that builds the endurance I want. Thoughts on what I should do? I currently powerlift but I want to build leg endurance...reason might sound far-fetch...but I'm an aspiring actor...and I'm trying to get this role that involves a running and a bit more. It's a low-budget action movie. I've always watched action movies and never thought I'd be in one..I'd never thought I'd be an actor but here I am, with commercials and indie work under my belt. Now, I am working for the body that I want for the roles I've dreamed of. Basically I want to be Jonah Hill without the crazy weight fluctuation. Idle actor of who I want to be is currently Chris Pratt, but I am amazed of how Jonah Hill looked like in Grandma's Boy compared to 21 Jump Street. submitted by /u/badthrowaway77 [link] [comments]
