What do you guys do before, during and after a routine of 5 x 5?

Any sttetches or specific warm ups before starting? How much resting time in between sets? Do you guys do some type of cardio after finishing? I used to do bodybuilding before and I'm barely starting 5 x 5 which is totally new to me and I'm kind of lost in terms of strength training
