What is the best approach towards getting personal training to work on my form?

What is the best approach towards getting personal training to work on my form?I have looked at so many sites/videos but I have never been able to truly get my form well for barbell exercises (squat/deadlift/bench). I have tried to learn but it just isn't the same as having someone there. What would be your advice towards seeking personal training for this? I go to a college campus gym, and the training there is expensive (for me). Do you have any advice for someone seeking help, and are there other options out there?
