What's the most effective routine to see the most results as quickly as possible?

What's the most effective routine to see the most results as quickly as possible?Right now I'm doing Stronglifts 5x5 and have been reading up on and some people seem to agree that it lacks in the upper body region and focuses strongly on lower body?
