General question - elevated pushups and lower back 'soreness'.

General question - elevated pushups and lower back 'soreness'.Hey there, I've recently started doing elevated pushups (decline, where feet are higher than my head) : See image. I've noticed that after I finish my set I get sore in my lower back. Perhaps from tensing my abdominals. Will this go away ? How to prevent etc ? Also some questions for you : Why is this harder to do than regular pushups (I can't really wrap my head around the physics and mechanics of it...) Is it 'better' for you than regular pushups ?
