Injured soccer player looking for good pre season weight loss oriented fitness programHi guys, I've been searching the web for a good 4 day gym workout routine to help me lose some weight around my stomach area and get fit for the summer. I'm 6''2 195 lbs Male. Unfortunately the weather in toronto won't allow me to go outside and run but I do have access to a gym. So far I've been alternating between an arms and a legs day in addition to one day of cardio. I'm just coming back from an ankle injury and i'm finally at 100%. What i'm looking for is a serious workout routine that will help me stay focused and help me lose weight. If any of you guys can help me out I would really appreciate it!
