Is light cardio every day acceptable on top of a 6 day split?I'm on a 6 day PPL which takes about an hour a day. During my upcoming cut I would like to get in some low intensity cardio which would equate to about 300 calories burned over 1 hour. As it is low intensity work, should I be fine?
