Thinner, Leaner Stronger - Has anyone followed the guide?I just finished the book Thinner Leaner Stronger and am wondering if any of you have had success/experience with this program. It is a 5 day split, focuses on different muscle groups every day using 8-10 rep range to start and 4-6 rep range later on.
