27 M 6'8" 248 lbs- Correcting my posture.

I'm a 27 year old male that's 6'8" tall and 248 lbs. I grew tall at the beginning of High School and have stayed at about 210 lbs until recent (I've been trying to bulk). I've always experienced back pain (especially between and under my shoulder blades) but I've just dealt with it and assumed it was because I'm so tall. Well, I've been working out on every machine at the gym, every-other day this year and my back pain is slowly going away. I attribute this to building my core strength and stretching my shoulders.

The only problem area left is my posture. I'm so tall, my head hits the ceiling of a Chevy Silverado. I end up being forced to slouch in any vehicle I ride in. I sit at a desk at work and the back of the chair doesn't reach my shoulder blades. I literally don't fit anywhere. I constantly feel my shoulders wanting to go forward to rest, which rounds out my thoracic area. Also, my lower back has posterior abdominal tilt going on.

Are there any tall people out there that could share their posture stories with me? Or do I just have to follow the regular posture correcting guidelines like everyone else? Should I look into getting a brace possibly?

Thanks.

TL;DR I would like advice from other tall people that have corrected their posture.
