23F 5'6" SW:160 CW:160 GW:135 Desk job with food addiction

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice.

I've been trying to lose weight for a month now, and the scale isn't budging. I've started eating way better, less binge eating, more exercising, but my clothes feel like they are getting tighter. I work out so much that I feel so exhausted that the next morning I struggle to get out of bed (mostly riding an exercise bike or speed walking on a treadmill). Sometimes I have 4 hours of active minutes a day and 20,000 fitbit steps. Before I wasn't active at all. All I eat anymore is oatmeal and a salad (lettuce, feta cheese, dried cranberries, grilled chicken, and bolthouse farms yogurt dressing) with tea. This is so much healthier than what I was eating! And I don't snack anymore either. Which was a bagel with a ton of cream cheese, spaghetti, mac n cheese, take out, fast food, ice cream, soda, candy, nachos, tacos etc.

I know I could probably work out a little harder, but I'm doing a lot more now than I was. I thought I would have seen results by now. What am I doing wrong?
