Hey guys! As of Friday I am down 50 pounds since Christmas! I've been eating between 1800 and 2000 calories most days (I track with MFP) and working out regularly! I feel fantastic! Here's to another fifty by Christmas this year!
I couldn't have done it without this sub, some of the stories and updates you guys post help me get thru the tough days and keep my head on straight and pushing forward for the right reasons!
