Is the 21 day fix worth the hype?Hey there! Recently I've become pretty out of shape and gaining weight. I have really awful dietary habits (only eat 1-2 meals a day due to constantly being on the go). I want to find a way to develop a better diet and maybe lose a few lbs. I've been offered to try out the 21 day fix. Is it worth it? Should I be doing something else instead? Thanks in advance!
