lost all my gains
lost all my gainsHi, around July of last year I was weighing in at 164 (I'm 5'4) and I was lean muscle. Around September I got mono and haven't been back to the gym since. I lost most of my gains, however I still look very lean. But I'm now at around 138-140. My question is should I start out with Sl5x5 to get back into it? or just go back to the same routines I was doing? When I started lifting around a two years ago I was 127. So I did actually have a huge jump. My goals are: Reform my posture that was lost due to just becoming an utter potato. Get back to around 155 lean Become incredibly flexible/decent cardio.
