How do you keep the right mindset when you just lose weight instead of gainingMy twin brother and I recently got into an accident, everyone is fine, but we don't have a car at the moment to go to the gym since it's a far distance. Now for me I also got sick, so I'm not eating right. In the past 6 days I've lost 4 pounds. I just wanna know how do you keep the right mind set, when things like this happen. I feel like every time I get back to the gym something bad happens. I can easily work out at home till I have a ride to the gym, but the eating and gaining weight part frustrates me, all that work on weight, just gone. submitted by /u/josephadam1 [link] [comments]
