Any advice for strength and balance training with one slightly bowed legHey everyone! I've been working out for a little over 2 years. I don't lift heavy and work out my legs by running or biking. Recently, I've noticed that my right leg is slightly bowed inwards. This is causing balance problems for me. What can I do to rectify this issue?
