Cracking elbows from tri/bi exercises (Dips, curls) - help!I like doing heavy dips and curls 1-2 times/week. If I don't do them my elbow issues slowly abate, but dips are my favorite exercise. ANY tricep or bicep focusing exercise I notice does heavy stress on elbows :/ Aside from throwing out all tri/bi exercises (bleh), can anyone recommend alternatives to what I'm doing?
