Good morning! I was supposed to upload a before picture yesterday, but got home and zoned out on the internet so I completely forgot. So a day late here it is me at 306lbs! Speaking of last night the first thing I noticed was after I ate my last bit of calories for the day I was still super hungry. I don't think it was because I was hungry so much as I know I was done. I mean I ate 2035 calories. Any suggestions as to how to curb that feeling? I'm considering just trying to sleep if it happens tonight.
