Hey, I'm mostly a lurker but I kind if need some help. My mom invited me over for easter today saying she was going to cook chicken and veggies for dinner (yay healthy!) I only started trying to eat better about 2 weeks ago. I'm 5' 128.6 pounds and try to eat 1200 calories a day.
