hi im 19m. Average height and weighing about 175-180 pounds. I've been falling into bad habites, physically and eating wise for a while and ive noticed im gaining weight and becoming less fit and energetic, im not content with the way i am atm and i know its only gonna get worse if i cant act on it asap. My eating habits are just straight up bad and i really want to find a way to eat healthy without cutting out foods i enjoy and i want to get the motivation and a proper fitness/exercise routine as i always give up on it after a little while. I'm not really sure where to start, looking online is really overwhelming as theres so many guides and things but i cant follow any of them. My goal is too lose 15-20 pounds and also become fit and get rid of the small pot i have and get a better looking chest/stomach. Equipment i have access too are treadmills, some weights, a bike. For eating i eat a lot of bought food, iregular eating schedule, skip meals, sometimes overeat on meals. I was hoping i could get some help of where to start? whats the best options for me? How to keep motivated? etc. Thanks :)
