Stuck in the same weight, any tips?

Hi, I'm a 20 yr old female, 5'9, weighing 153 pounds. My measurements are 34-29-40. I have lost 34 pounds since April of 2015. My highest weight was 187. My goal was to reach 135 pounds but I have difficulty going down past 150. I've done it before but that was 2 years ago when I weighed 155 and lost 15 pounds. Even though I lost that weight I feel like I didn't really do it in the best way, I ate out a lot but healthy food like pollo tropical or subs from publix. And I started playing soccer again and going running on weekday mornings and sometimes skipping meals. But it worked, my question is, what would be the best way to lean out and tone my body? These are my activities: Monday/Wednesday/Sat/Sun: 1hr intense soccer Tues/Thurs: 1hr of Herbalife exercises (push-ups, squats, weight training with dumbells, etc) And some weekday mornings I go running for 20 minutes. This is how I lost more of my excess weight, I really like Herbalife exercises but idk if that will be enough to tone my body or if I should sign up for planet fitness. What do you recommend for me? Also what kind of food should I eat in order to reach that weight and lean out my lower stomach and thighs?
