hello, I used http://ift.tt/Zpx1rH to calculate how much I should eat to lose weight, and it says I should eat about 1900 for fat loss(15m, 70kilo, 173cm and exercise 3x per week).
When I do my exercise now(bicycling for about 2 hours) should I eat back the calories I burned there? Or are the calories already somewhat calculated in the 1900 calories I should eat?
