Fitness journey needing help

Fitness journey needing helpHey r/fitness this is my first time posting here and I was looking to get some help with my routine and any suggestions are welcome! I am a 6'4" 24 year old male recently cut down from 225 to 165 and found out about SL 5x5. After about 3 months I am sitting around 175. I want to change up my workout and switch to PHUL to continue my strength training but Im still a beginner and not quite sure where to start for numbers. My 5x5 numbers are 65 -> 245 Deadlift 1x5 60 -> 200 Squat 5x5 45 -> 145 Bench Press 5x5 45 -> 145 Row 5x5 45 -> 115 OHP 5x5 To a beginner like me changing from such an easy program to a seemingly more intense one is both exciting and frightening. Any tips on the transition and ideas on where to start with weight would be a great help!
