For those of you who have "failed" at weight loss before, why are you succeeding now? what changed?

Obviously weight loss itself is a simple science. Its the day to day choices that make or break you. I think weight loss is really interesting in this sense. Id love to hear about how and why you guys are succeeding now and how you learned from your mistakes
