Form check 167.5kg deadlift

Form check 167.5kg deadliftSo, first time posting a form check. Apologies if it's terrible (the post, that is). https://youtu.be/lQskkpiJK7Q It's 167.5kg (369lb) on the bar for a triple. I'm currently about 100kg (220lb) bodyweight, with a 1rm of 200kg. (441lb) I'm doing heavy triples once a week at the moment, going up in 2.5kg each week then dropping down about 25kg and doing some speed sets of 5 reps. My main question is if there any glaring negative points about my form. It feels a little like my lower back is rounded, but there's no pain or discomfort so I'm not sure. I've been told by other gym members that my form is fine (one guy being the county runner up in the latest strongman competition, with a pb of around 320kg (ish. I can't remember the exact figure, but he's strong as fuck)), but I thought other views and opinions can't hurt. Any feedback is welcome. submitted by /u/Cornupication [link] [comments]
