Normally at about 10:00 AM in the morning after about two full days of eating right at what MFP and Fitbit say is a low deficit for me (about 100 calories below maintenance), I feel dizzy, anxious, and jittery. I'm preoccupied with eating. I think I'm very thirsty then, too. I certainly was this morning, too. My usual (always) reaction is to eat much, much more than I planned.
I normally eat about 120-ish grams of carbs when I stick to the eating plan that makes me feel good at the time (ie, doesn't give me the dizzies then). It's a lot of kefir/yogurt, low-starch veggies, and chicken thighs, and some toast or popcorn after a workout.
Is this Day 3 feeling likely caused by too few carbs? I have never done Keto so I am not familiar with Keto/low carb "flu." If that's what this is, does the dizzy/jittery feeling ever go away if you don't go Keto? I don't want to eat more carbs during the day because I get headaches and too many cravings, but this isn't a good feeling either.
Thank you in advance for any insight you have. Sometimes it is hard to get a good perspective when it's your own diet or lifestyle.
