So I've been told numerous times from friends, my parents, nurses at my doctor's office that I don't look my weight. I've been told I look like I weight in the 150's but I weigh 170lbs at the moment. Honestly when I look in the mirror I don't think I look horribly over weight. I'm a bit pudgier but I can see my belly button (which I couldn't a year ago). So is this a good thing or bad thing?
EDIT: By no means am I suggesting that I DO NOT need to lose weight. I'm just curious about different perceptions of body image and what not.
