Hands down most important aspect of weight loss.

Water, is literally make or break for me. If I don't drink enough water, I always overeat because I feel hungry when I'm actually not. When I drink at least 2L of water a day, I rarely feel hungry.

TL;DR Don't underestimate the power of water.
