I count calories and manage to fit my snacks into my balance, but it's very easy for me to go overboard if I'm not careful. If I want something sweet or just plain unhealthy I plan for it to avoid sabotaging mselfy on accident, but I have this work-mate that insist on giving me food.
She knows I'm trying to cut back and sometimes scoffs when I remind her why ; saying I'm not fat and that I shouldn't worry about calories so much. At 5'4 and 138lbs I suppose I'm not all that overwieght, but that's not the point. A lot of my coworkers share food, but if I say I don't want any they drop the subject, not her though. Just yesterday I was telling her how I asked another one of our coworkers to help me out and not offer me food (this one buys candies and pastries all the time) and her response was that was too bad because she had some alfredo upstairs. I unfortunately ran into her at lunch and she had me eat some. Later that night she got a cinnamon bun from our bakery and when she saw me looking she literally shoved it into my face until I took a bite and swallowed (twice) saying she knew I loved it, I won't deny that it was good but I didn't want any.
What pisses me off is that she goes to the gym as well (off and on), but will turn around and eat like crap. Sometimes I feel like she does this because she isn't having any success with her goals, but I can't imagine her being so spiteful.
