I have two adjustable dumbbells that can each get up to 50 lbs. How can I use those for a full lower body workout?

I don't really know how to elaborate on that question, I feel like it's self explanatory here.

Ideally I'd like to get as best of a leg workout as I can in as few moves as possible. I think I'd be more likely to stick with a leg routine that was as few moves as possible than one that may be better but is composed of like 6 different exercises.

Any tips?
