I need help & advice.I have been eating healthy, & exercising religiously for about 4 weeks. I am seeing progress, & I know I'm far from my final goal. But in high school when my metabolism was high & I was fit, I had this problem. I havE been trying to cut down on sodium... But my lower tummy juts out. when I eat, I look pregnant.
