I've been tracking and exercising every day for the last month. My husband could probably lose a few pounds too, and he does exercise, but he doesn't log his food. I talk about it every day, and he's supportive.
Tonight, after dinner, he asks how many calories we ate. We talked about how we don't eat bread with dinner anymore. Then he asks if I can figure out how many calories are in his daily yogurt/berries/granola breakfast.
In a week's time, I will have him on MFP. :D
