Hello!
I never though I'd be making one of these posts but here goes.
This last Friday I was down to 152 pounds and was so excited. That night let myself have some pizza, and chips, and cookies because I was hanging out with friends, usually I am able to get right on track the next morning after a night like that. The next morning I was up to 153. Then I was babysitting, and I went to town on their snacks, the next morning I was up to 154. And again the next day I lost track and am up to 155. I understand that most of this is water weight, but again just now for whatever reason I set MFP to maintenance and went to town. I'm so disappointed in myself. I was really, really proud for one day and then everything fell apart.
I'm even more disappointed because I have a cruise coming up in a few weeks and I was really hoping to be down to 145 by then. It does not look like that's going to happen now. I feel like crying.
