Is it okay to ask someone in the gym for form help?Assuming they're just resting and don't have headphones/earphones on. Is this fine or not? I'm only a beginner and want to learn how to do normal and Romanian deadlifts properly. I've watched a few videos, but still can't seem to do it properly in the gym - I only feel it in my lower back and hardly in my quads at all.
