So recently I randomly started to stuff down carbs (i decided to cut most of my carbs on this certain diet) and it went for a good 2 weeks.
I went up at LEAST a good 2-3 lbs and although it may not be a big number to some, it is to me.
Anyways- I've gotten back on the grind and no more overeating for me!
Curious to see how long your breaks have gone.
