Low volume, high intensity cardio or high volume, low intensity cardio for weight loss within the 8-15% bf range?Lost a good 10kg over the last year from lifting and no cardio, but plateaued in fat loss about a month ago. So I introduced 2m runs on the treadmill at the start of my workouts but have not made any major fat loss gains so was just wondering if there was anything I could do to help in getting even more lean?
