Making the best use of a break from exerciseGoing to take a break for a week or two from working out 'cause I haven't missed a day in a few months and am feeling a little beat up. I can already feel myself going mildly insane from the break from the gym and I'm curious to know, what are some things you've done during a break to make good use of your time and get pumped for getting back to the routine? Videos or books on form? Random stretching routines? Knitting? I don't know, just will have a random block of time in my day and want to make the most of it.
